TFMA By-Laws Open For Comment

We invite all active and life members of the Texas Fire Marshals Association to actively participate in shaping our organization's future by offering feedback on our by-laws. Your insights are invaluable in ensuring that our governing principles reflect the evolving needs of our community. Comments on the by-laws are due by August 15, allowing our dedicated By-Laws Committee ample time to review and compile suggestions for potential edits. These proposed changes will be presented to membership for review at least 60 days prior to the fall membership meeting, in accordance with the current by-laws. Active and Life Members will vote on the proposed changes during the 2024 Texas Fire Marshals Conference in November. Your engagement in this process is vital as we strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and effectiveness in our operations. Together, we can continue to strengthen our association and serve our mission with excellence.
